REVERSE MORTGAGE SEMINARS

Even though interest in reverse mortgages are on the rise in every state, Washington seniors now have fewer choices than ever in where they obtain their reverse mortgage thanks in part to a new State Law which inadvertantly caused many lenders to not be able to offer reverse mortgages.  Washington State is trying to fix this problem but they say they will probably not be doing it until next year's sessions.  In a check of some of the remaining lenders, not all loan products are in the best interest of seniors. Less competition means less need to offer better deals. We have included in our new seminars information to show exactly how the new law affects seniors and which lenders are still providing good reverse mortgage loans for seniors.

If you operate a local Senior Center and want to have an informative seminar that will give your seniors accurate information regarding Reverse Mortgages in Washington State during this time, please feel free to contact Gary, a Reverse Mortgage Advisor from Allied Home Mortgage at 253-569-3295 or via email at gary@washingtonreverse.com.  We will be happy to schedule a seminar for you!
